Nodar Khaduri is on a working visit to Brussels
Nodar Khaduri, the Chairman of the Competition Agency of Georgia, together with the representatives of the Agency participates in events, organized by the General Directorate for Competition in Brussels. The working visit envisages the introduction to the work of the European Commission Directorate-General for Competition and sharing practical experience. The event is organized and implemented by the EU project, “Support to the Georgian Competition Agency.”
Within the frame of the visit, Nodar Khaduri held meetings with Ana-Sofia Dupont, representative of the DG Competition and Rikke MengelJorgensen, representative of the DG Trade. The Chairman introduced the main directions of the GCA’s activities to the representatives of the European Commission and talked about the existing challenges, in which the most important are timely adoption the Georgian Law on Competition.
Nodar Khaduri held meeting with Rafael Comenge, Managing Director of B&S Europe and Mihaela Dascultu, Deputy Director. The parties discussed achievements of the project and planned activities.
The meeting was attend by the Team Leader of EU Project Aurelio La Tore and representatives of the Competition Agency of Georgia.
