The National Competition Agency of Georgia has completed the investigation on the alleged violation of the Georgian Law on "Protection of Consumer Rights" by "Maxi Sandwich Chicken" LLC.
As a result of the investigation, the fact of violation of Article 5, Clause 1, Sub-Clause "A" of the Georgian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" was not confirmed by "Maxi Sandwich Chicken" LLC.
The case of "Dano" LLC

As a result of the study of the case, the fact of violation of Article 5, Clause 1, Sub-Clause "A" of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" on the part of "Dano" LLC was not confirmed.
The case of "GZAVNILI GE" LLC

The National Competition Agency of Georgia has completed the investigation of the alleged violation of the Law of Georgia on "Protection of Consumer Rights" by "GZAVNILI GE" LLC.
As a result of the study of the case, the fact of violation of Articles 5 and 12 of the Law of Georgia on "Protection of Consumer Rights" by "GZAVNILI GE" LLC was not confirmed.
The case of citizen Davit Batsashvili

On July 20, 2023, the National Competition Agency of Georgia completed the investigation of the case conducted based on the application of citizen Davit Batsashvili on the alleged violation of the Georgian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" by "Georgian Posta" LLC.
As a result of the investigation of the case, the fact of violation of Articles 5 and 12 of the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights" on the part of "Georgia Posta" LLC was not confirmed.
CASE II OF USA2GEORGIA
2023-04-18
On April 13, 2023, the Georgian National Competition Agency completed the case study against USA2GEORGIA, the case concerned the alleged violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
As a result of the study of the case, the fact of violation of Article 18 by “TTL USA Group” against the citizen Levan Bregadze was not confirmed.
On January 27, 2023, the National Competition Agency signed a commitment agreement with the trader in favor of the consumer. According to this, USA2GEORGIA has made a commitment to change its internal policy and to restore the rights of those consumers who allegedly suffered damages due to the trader’s policy in the past.
"Extra Area" case
2023-03-22
On March 22, 2023, the National Competition Agency of Georgia completed the investigation of the case based on the application of citizen Lia Todua on the alleged violation of the Law of Georgia on "Protection of Consumer Rights" by JSC "Extra Area".
As a result of the study of the case, the fact of violation of Articles 24 and 27 of the Law of Georgia on "Protection of Consumer Rights" by JSC "Extra Area" was not confirmed.
The case of the “Elite Service”

On December 29, 2022, the National Competition Agency of Georgia completed the case investigation launched based on the application of citizen Giorgi Otiashvili related to the alleged violation of the Georgian Law on “Consumer Rights Protection” by “Elite Service”.
As a result of the case study, the fact of violation of Article 5, Paragraph 1 and Article 18, Paragraph 1 of the Law of Georgia on “Consumer Rights Protection" by LLC “Elite Service” was not confirmed.
