GCCA adopts a Code of Conduct to strengthen ethical standards

In order to reinforce adherence to ethical standards in the performance of official duties, the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency (GCCA) has adopted an Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct. The primary purpose of this document is to establish a comprehensive framework for the prevention, identification, and mitigation of conflicts of interest and corruption within the Agency.

The Code of Conduct sets out the rules and standards governing the conduct of Agency employees, as well as the fundamental requirements to be observed in the execution of their official responsibilities. Serving as a key instrument of the Agency’s anti-corruption policy, the document aims to promote high professional and ethical standards and to ensure a safe, transparent, and non-discriminatory working environment within the Agency.
