As a result of the case study, the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency established the fact of violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Ekaterina Slamova (P/N 20001025297). Based on the decision, the trader was required to bring his trading policy into line with the relevant articles of the law within one month.

Based on the decision, the trader was required to bring his trading policy into line with the relevant articles of the law within one month. 

Roman Vanadze (P/N 61609035532) was fined for failing to comply with the obligations of the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency. The fine amounted to 600 GEL. The imposition of a fine does not exempt the trader from complying with the Agency's decision. 

As a result of the case study, the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency established the fact of violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Manana Noniashvili (P/N 01015001880). Based on the decision, the trader was required to bring his trading policy into line with the relevant articles of the law within one month. 

Manana Noniashvili (P/N 01015001880) was fined for failing to comply with the obligations of the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency. The fine amounted to 600 GEL. The imposition of a fine does not exempt the trader from complying with the Agency's decision.

Based on the decision, the trader was required to bring his trading policy into line with the relevant articles of the law within one month.

Gvantsa Gvedashvili (P/N 01027078760) was fined for failing to comply with the obligations of the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency. The fine amounted to 600 GEL. The imposition of a fine does not exempt the trader from complying with the Agency's decision. 

As a result of the case study, the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency established the fact of violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by “Kedi.ge” (I/N 406295487). Based on the decision, the trader was required to bring his trading policy into line with the relevant articles of the law within one month. “Kedi.ge” (I/N 406295487) was fined for failing to comply with the obligations of the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency. The fine amounted to 600 GEL. The imposition of a fine does not exempt the trader from complying with the Agency's decision. 

As a result of the case study, the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency established the fact of violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by “Med Status” (I/N 405505573). Based on the decision, the trader was required to bring his trading policy into line with the relevant articles of the law within one month. “Med Status” (I/N 405505573) was fined for failing to comply with the obligations of the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency. The fine amounted to 6576 GEL and 43 tetri. The imposition of a fine does not exempt the trader from complying with the Agency's decision.

As a result of the case study, the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency established the fact of violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by “Allbest” (I/N 406334159). Based on the decision, the trader was required to bring his trading policy into line with the relevant articles of the law within one month. “Allbest” (I/N 406334159) was fined for failing to comply with the obligations of the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency. The fine amounted to 851 GEL and 03 tetri. The imposition of a fine does not exempt the trader from complying with the Agency's decision.

As a result of the case study, the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency established the fact of violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights Ind. Entrepreneur Madona Molashkhia (P/N 01024064428).  Based on the decision, the trader was required to bring his trading policy into line with the relevant articles of the law within one month. Madona Molashkhia (P/N 01024064428) was fined for failing to comply with the obligations of the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency. The fine amounted to 600 GEL. The imposition of a fine does not exempt the trader from complying with the Agency's decision.

As a result of the case study, the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency established the fact of violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Ind. Entrepreneur Amita Nabievi (P/N 01311113954). Based on the decision, the trader was required to bring his trading policy into line with the relevant articles of the law within one month. 

Amita Nabievi (P/N 01311113954) was fined for failing to comply with the obligations of the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency. The fine amounted to 600 GEL. The imposition of a fine does not exempt the trader from complying with the Agency's decision.
