Following a complaint submitted by LLC "Allservice Group", the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency (GCCA) conducted an investigation in the sector of electronic systems for neighbourhood expense management into an alleged violation of Article 11³ of the Law of Georgia on Competition by LLC "Community Soft Solutions". The complaint concerned the alleged damage to a competitor's reputation through unfounded criticism or discrediting by an undertaking. In the course of the investigation, the Agency established that the respondent undertaking did not constitute a competitor of the complainant. The Agency therefore declared void both the order initiating the investigation and the order extending the investigation period.
