The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency (GCCA) is conducting an investigation into a suspected infringement of Article 11³ (Unfair Competition) of the Law of Georgia on Competition by Community Soft Solutions LLC (I/N 405543470).
Within the framework of the ongoing investigation, the Agency requested relevant information and documentation from the respondent undertaking. Despite having duly received the Agency’s requests, Community Soft Solutions LLC failed to provide the requested information, resulting in the imposition of a GEL 3,000 fine.
The Agency subsequently granted an additional period for compliance and renewed its request for information. Notwithstanding this opportunity, the undertaking again failed to submit the requested information within the prescribed timeframe.
As a result of its repeated failure to comply with the Agency’s lawful request for information, Community Soft Solutions LLC was subject to an additional fine of GEL 5,000.

As part of the investigative proceedings, the Agency requested relevant information and documentation from the respondent undertaking. Although the request was duly served, Community Soft Solutions LLC failed to submit the requested information within the prescribed deadline.
In view of the undertaking’s non-compliance with the Agency’s information request, Community Soft Solutions LLC was fined GEL 3,000.
Pursuant to Order N04/1320 of 10 November 2025 issued by the Chairman of the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency, regarding the recognition of admissibility of Complaint N 01/5908 dated 6 October 2025 submitted by LLC “Allservice Group” (I/N 406233552), the initiation of an investigation, and the establishment of an investigation team, the Agency is conducting an investigation into a suspected violation of Article 11(3) of the Law of Georgia on Competition by LLC “Community Soft Solutions” (I/N 405543470).
In the frame of the investigation, the Agency requested relevant information and documentation from the undertaking LLC “Citycom West” (I/N 405350971). Despite proper service of the request, the undertaking failed to submit the requested information within the prescribed time limit. As a result, a fine in the amount of GEL 3,000 was imposed on LLC “Citycom West”.
On September 20, 2022, the Georgian National Competition Agency completed the investigation of the case based on the complaint of "S.E.A" and established the fact of violation of Article 113 of the Law of Georgia on Competition by the company "BST”. The mentioned company was imposed a financial sanction and ordered to eliminate the violation of the law. The obligation established by the Agency was partially fulfilled by the company "BST". Accordingly, due to the partial elimination of the violation the company was imposed a fine.
