JSC „Health“ submitted a statement to the Competition Agency, regarding the alleged violation of the abuse of dominant position by the “Balneoservice“. According to the position of the applicant, it was expressed in the refusal to transfer water to a competing company. As a result of the investigation the abuse of dominant position by the “Balneoservice” in the Tskaltubo thermal-mineral water market was not confirmed.
