Competition Agency of Georgia received a notification on concentration between “MEDICAL CORPORATION EVEX” and “GN CO” as a result of acquisition of 50% share of LTD “GN CO” by JSC “MEDICAL CORPORATION EVEX.” On the basis of analysis of market environment factors, the concentration was considered as compatible to the competitive environment, however, obliged the company to provide the annual information to the Agency.
Competition Agency of Georgia received a notification on concentration between “HEIDELBERGCEMENT GEORGIA,” and “TBILCEMENT GROUP” as a result of the acquisition of operating assets of “TBILCEMENT GROUP” by “HEIDELBERGCEMENT GEORGIA.” The Agency defined the cement market as a relevant market; analyzed the relevant undertakings and their market shares, and factors of the market environment. According to the decision of the Agency, the concentration was considered as compatible with the competitive environment.
