The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a hotline 15 20 to promptly and effectively respond to increased demand. Any interested individuals can call to receive an appropriate response regarding competition, consumer protection, and anti-dumping policies.
Between November 1, 2022 and December 1, 2023, the Agency received 509 applications for consumer rights protection, of which 285 were investigated. Additionally, 5035 calls were recorded within this time frame.
