The Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency (GCCA) has approved the Guideline on Established Standards adopted in 2022–2025. The document consolidates the standards and methodological approaches that have been progressively developed within the Agency’s enforcement practice, drawing on the experience accumulated in the fields of competition policy and consumer rights protection.
The Guideline are intended for consumers, traders, and all stakeholders involved in the offering and purchasing of goods and services. Their objective is to promote transparent, fair, and predictable market practices, thereby strengthening the effective protection of consumer rights and supporting the development of fair competition in Georgia.
