In the January 2026 issue of the OECD–GVH RCC Newsletter, an article by Salome Kavtaradze, Head of the Legal Department at the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency (GCCA), and Gvantsa Chaduneli, Manager of International Legal Practice at the Economic Competition Department, was published under the title „Competition and IP Law Convergence: The GCCA’s Recent Unfair Competition Trend”.
