A formal investigation is currently being conducted by the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency into an alleged violation of Article 11 (3) of the Law of Georgia on Competition concerning unfair competition by LLC “Community Soft Solutions”, initiated on the basis of Order N 04/1320 of the Agency’s Chairman dated 10 November 2025.
In the framework of the investigation, the Agency issued a formal request for the submission of relevant information and documentation to the respondent undertaking. Notwithstanding the duly confirmed receipt of the request, the undertaking failed to comply with its statutory obligation to submit the required information within the prescribed timeframe. In accordance with applicable legislation, LLC “Community Soft Solutions” has accordingly been imposed an administrative fine in the amount of GEL 3,000.
