In pursuit of its ongoing commitment to the professional development of its staff, the enhancement of digital competencies, and the improvement of institutional efficiency, the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency (GCCA) conducted a dedicated training programme on the subject of artificial intelligence (AI). The GCCA Chairman, Irakli Lekvinadze, attended the programme and engaged with participants in substantive discussions on the prospects for integrating artificial intelligence into the Agency’s future initiatives and operational processes.
The training programme, entitled “Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Case Management Tools Learning Programme”, was organised by the GCCA’s Training Research Centre in furtherance of the Agency’s broader objective of embedding modern technologies into institutional practice and fostering their effective professional application.
The programme encompassed the following core thematic areas: the foundational principles of artificial intelligence and prevailing trends in its development; the application of innovative digital tools in the course of day-to-day professional activities; contemporary approaches to data processing, analysis, and automation; and the legal, ethical and security considerations in the governance of artificial intelligence technologies.
Alongside the theoretical component, participants examined applied practical examples throughout the course, thereby consolidating the knowledge acquired.
The GCCA’s Training Research Centre reaffirms its commitment to the continued design and implementation of educational initiatives aimed at the sustained professional development and qualification enhancement of Agency staff.
