Ozurgeti Municipality submitted the application to the Competition Agency of Georgia for the validation of the state aid to be granted to N(N)LE “Farming Developing Center”. The state aid was planned to be used for economic development of the region (viticulture/orcharding, etc). After studying the case details, the agency considered the state aid to be in consistence with the competition legislation and prepared the relevant decision.
