Case of “Tradeline”

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the “Tradeline” LLC (I/N 203827449). As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader, without any legal justification, failed to comply with its statutory obligation concerning the return of goods. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.

Case of “Chemi Sakhli”

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the “Chemi Sakhli” LLC (I/N 405185222). As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

Case of “Horon Geo Global”

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the “Horon Geo Global” LLC (I/N 432553863). As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

Case of Usup Usupov

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Usup Usupov. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information and to deliver the goods as stipulated in the contract. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.  

Case of “S Motors“

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the  “S Motors“ LLC (I/N 206266173). As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

Case of “Nabu”

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the “Nabu”LLC (I/N 405193302). As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information and to deliver the goods as stipulated in the contract. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

Case of “Cargo Georgia”

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the “Cargo Georgia” LLC (I/N 404860708). As a result of evaluating the case circumstances and reviewing the submitted evidence, it was confirmed that the trader had included unfair standard terms in the contract and provided deficient services. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

Case of “Common Bridge”

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the “Common Bridge” LLC (I/N  406359881). As a result of evaluating the case circumstances and reviewing the submitted evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information, and that unfair commercial practices were carried out. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.  

Case of “Alta Retail”

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by “Alta Retail” LLC (I/N 402033312). Following a comprehensive examination and assessment of the case circumstances, the Agency established that the trader failed to duly ensure the proper implementation of statutory warranty obligations. In particular, in the course of attempting to restore the affected consumer rights, the trader offered to replace a defective mobile phone with a new device that was not accompanied by a complete set of accessories. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.
 

Case of natural person Mariam Basilidze

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the natural person Mariam Basilidze. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader failed to fulfill fundamental obligations, including providing consumers with essential information and ensuring timely delivery of goods as stipulated in the contract. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.
