The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Mariam Khvartzikia. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader had violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information and to deliver the goods. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Ioane Zumbadze. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the individual entrepreneur Shorena Beraia. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information and to deliver the goods as stipulated in the contract. Furthermore, it was established that the trader had engaged in misleading commercial practices through acts of omission. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the natural person Irina Sichinava. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader had violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information and to supply goods free from defects. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the individual entrepreneur Natia Takidze. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader had violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information and to supply goods free from defects. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by “SKKH S2” LLC. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader had violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information and to deliver the goods. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Gabriel Kvashilava. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligations to provide information to the consumer and to deliver the goods as stipulated in the contract. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Valeri Broiani. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligations to provide information to the consumer and to deliver the goods as stipulated in the contract. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the trader “eAuction” LLC (I/N 404484731). As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligations to provide information to the consumer and to deliver the goods as stipulated in the contract. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the individual entrepreneur Yevhen Vovk (I/N 145792005). As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligations to provide information to the consumer and to provide services as stipulated in the contract. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.
