The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency’s (GCCA) Training Research Center organized a working meeting with pupils, with support of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia.
Informational and educational meeting took place at Tbilisi Public School N 45, 177 and N 150, where pupils received detailed answers to important questions. Specifically, they learned what key details to consider when shopping both in-store and online, how to protect their rights, and whom to contact in case of violations. The discussion included practical examples, fostering an active dialogue with a question-and-answer format.
To enhance consumer rights protection and effectively enforce the law, the Agency is committed to raising public awareness and improving legal knowledge. Consequently, it plans to hold additional informational and educational meetings in schools in Tbilisi and other regions throughout this year and in 2025.
