The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency (GCCA) has declared inadmissible a complaint submitted by LLC “Tnet” regarding the electronic sales sector of football tickets. The complaint alleged a violation of Article 7 of the Law of Georgia on Competition by LLC “El.Bileti,” JSC “Bank of Georgia,” JSC “Bank of Georgia Group,” and the LEPL “Georgian Football Federation”. Additionally, the Georgian Football Federation was alleged to have violated Article 6 of the same law.
At the admissibility stage, the Agency found no reasonable grounds to suspect anti-competitive conduct by the respondents. Accordingly, in the absence of legal grounds, the Agency decided not to initiate an investigation.
