The Georgian National Competition Agency has started the relevant administrative proceedings regarding an alleged concentration between "The Georgian Distribution Marketing Company" Ltd (ID 202282369) and "Levor" Ltd (ID 202345426)
With an alleged concentration, Georgian "Distribution Marketing Company" Ltd. plans to purchase a share of "Levori" Ltd.
The parties to the concentration operate in various relevant markets, namely, the field of activity of the Georgian Distribution Marketing Company Ltd. is the sale of alcoholic beverages and various food products and the business of "Levori" Ltd. - the sale of household utensils and household items.
According to Article 8 (4) of the Order N39 of the Chairman of the Competition Agency of October 26, 2020, on the Approval of "the Rules for Submitting Notification and Review of Concentration" interested persons have the opportunity to submit their views on the expected concentration to the Agency no later than, December 2, this year by e-mail info-gca@competition.ge or at the address: Davit Agmashenebeli Avenue N154, 10th floor, Tbilisi.
