On the basis of the consumers application received in the Consumer Rights Protection Department of the Georgian National Competition Agency, a case study was started against the trader Tatia Gogadze, and a position was requested regarding the factual circumstances specified in the consumers application and information about the trade policy. Information could not be handed over to the trader in accordance with the procedure.
