Administrative Council for Economic Defence (CADE)
The workshop was organized for ICN member competition authorities to share analyses of decisions contained in sectoral regulations that can be utilized as unilateral behavior in the digital marketplace. Participants also talked about the interplay between competition law and industrial rules.
