The decision of Competition Agency of Georgia on the compatibility of the concentration between “Georgian Capital”, “British-Georgian Academy”, and “British International School” of Tbilisi to the competitive environment
Considering that the mentioned undertakings are not competitors and the relevant market would not change due to the concentration, on the basis of the information submitted by the undertakings, Competition Agency of Georgia defined that the concentration between “Georgian Capital”, “British-Georgian Academy”, and “British International School” is compatible to the competitive environment and is admissible by the legislation.
The notification of concentration was submitted by the undertakings to Competition Agency of Georgia on 4 June 2019.
