The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the trader Natia Shonia (I/N 62005026966). Following an examination and assessment of the factual circumstances of the case, the Agency confirmed violations related to the consumer’s right to receive clear and comprehensive information, as well as the right to withdraw from a distance contract. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the trader Mariam Rekhviashvili. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader had violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information, as well as the obligation to ensure delivery of the product within the agreed timeframe. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the trader Giorgi Dochia. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader had violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information, as well as the obligation to ensure delivery of the product within the agreed timeframe. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the trader “Rodiazi” LLC. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader failed to fulfil its obligation to provide information in the state language. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the trader Individual Entrepreneur Kristina Avdaliani. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader had violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information, failed to supply a product in accordance with the contractual conditions. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the trader Ketevan Kata Sitchinava. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader had violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information, failed to supply a product in accordance with the contractual conditions. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.

As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader had violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month. 

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the trader Sibel Mamedov. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader had violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information, failed to supply a product in accordance with the contractual conditions. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the trader Fakhrat Fakhrat Oghli. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader had violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information and had failed to supply goods free from defects.The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the trader “Bonisi” LLC. As a result of assessing the case circumstances and examining the evidence presented, it was established that the trader had violated the fundamental obligations to provide consumers with essential information and had failed to supply goods free from defects.The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.
