Following a comprehensive examination and assessment of the circumstances of the case, it was confirmed that the trader had breached the obligation to deliver services in accordance with the terms stipulated under the contract. The trader has been ordered to restore the infringed consumer rights and bring its commercial policy into full compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation within a period of one month.
