The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency completed a case study concerning an alleged violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by a natural person Natia Aslanikashvili (P/N 62202011551).

After evaluating the case circumstances and examining the submitted evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated its primary obligation to provide consumers with necessary information, and failed to meet the agreed delivery deadlines for goods. According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by LLC "Inex Group." Specifically, the Agency deemed the company's practice of requesting information or documents from consumers, not stipulated in its trade policy, to constitute a misleading and unfair commercial practice resulting from inaction.

According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency completed a case study concerning an alleged violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by a natural person Salome Khaduri (P/N 50401004482). After evaluating the case circumstances and examining the submitted evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated its primary obligation to provide consumers with necessary information, failed to meet the agreed delivery deadlines for goods, and engaged in unfair commercial practices. According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency completed a case study concerning an alleged violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the “Glass Studio 1” (I/N 400377132). As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide information to the consumer and failed to meet the agreed delivery deadline for the goods. 

According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law.

Entrepreneur Natia Neparidze (P/N 41001029560). As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide information to the consumer and failed to meet the agreed delivery deadline for the goods.

Entrepreneur Ramazi Ashir Oghli (P/N 20001067301). As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide information to the consumer and failed to meet the agreed delivery deadline for the goods.

As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide information to the consumer.

According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency completed a case study concerning an alleged violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the natural person  Natali Tediashvili (P/N 01027081393). As a result of assessing the case circumstances and reviewing the presented evidence, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide information to the consumer and failed to meet the agreed delivery deadline for the goods.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency completed a case study concerning an alleged violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the Ind. Entrepreneur Sophio Pirosmanishvili (P/N 01033004697). Accordingly, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide information to the consumer.

According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law.
