The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established the violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Ind. Entrepreneur Mariam Akhvlediani (P/N 01024067882). As a result of studying the circumstances of the case, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide the consumer with information and relevant services in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract.

According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law. 

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established the violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Ana Khachidze (P/N 01008042437). As a result of studying the circumstances of the case, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide the consumer with information and to deliver goods in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract.

According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established the violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Zurab Namgaladze (P/N 01011088511). As a result of studying the circumstances of the case, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide the consumer with information and to deliver goods in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract.

According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established the violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Ind. Entrepreneur Tamila Makadze (P/N  01019061244). As a result of studying the circumstances of the case, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide the consumer with information and to deliver goods in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract.

According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established the violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Mariam Devadze’s (P/N 01005039679)  store "plus size" (currently named "Pumpulebi") (https://www.facebook.com/ShenisamosiGE). As a result of studying the circumstances of the case, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide the consumer with information and deliver non-defective goods as stipulated in the contract terms

According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established the violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Gvantsa Gvedashvili (P/N 01027078760). 

As a result of studying the circumstances of the case, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide the consumer with information and to deliver goods in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract.

According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law.

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established the violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Rusudan Arjevanidze (P/N 01601111219). 

As a result of studying the circumstances of the case, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide information to the consumer, including information regarding the price of goods or services. According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law. 

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established the violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by Manana Noniashvili (P/N 01015001880).  As a result of studying the circumstances of the case, it was confirmed that the trader violated the primary obligation to provide the consumer with information and to deliver goods in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract.

According to the Agency’s decision, the trader was given a month to align its trading policy with the relevant articles of the law.
