The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established a violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the trader Natia Shonia (I/N 62005026966). Following an examination and assessment of the factual circumstances of the case, the Agency confirmed violations related to the consumer’s right to receive clear and comprehensive information, as well as the right to withdraw from a distance contract. The trader was ordered to bring its trading policy into compliance with legal requirements and to restore the violated consumer rights within one month.
