Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency established the fact of violation of the Georgian law on the protection of consumer rights by Tamara Mikeladze (Facebook page "J.S Shopping Store").

In particular, as a result of studying and evaluating the circumstances of the case and the presented evidence, the fact of violation of the basic obligation to provide information to the customer and the obligation to replace/repair/return the defective item was confirmed.

Accordingly, according to the decision of the agency, within 1 month, the trader was ordered to restore the violated rights of consumers and to adjust his trading policy to the requirements of the law.

Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency has established the fact of violation of the Georgian Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights by LLC "GRC".

In particular, as a result of studying and evaluating the circumstances of the case and the presented evidence, the fact of violation of the main obligation of providing information to the customer by the merchant was confirmed.

Accordingly, according to the agency's decision, within 1 month, the trader was instructed to adjust his trading policy to the requirements of the law.

The Competition and Consumer Protection Agency of Georgia established the fact of violation of the Law of Georgia on "Protection of Consumer Rights" by "Opatrade" LLC (S/N 406306714).

In particular, as a result of the assessment and study of the circumstances of the case and the presented evidence, it was confirmed: on the part of the merchant - the fact of violation of the main obligation to provide information to the customer and the obligation to replace/repair/return the defective item.

Accordingly, according to the agency's decision, within 1 month, the trader was ordered to restore the violated rights of consumers and to adjust his trading policy to the requirements of the relevant articles of the law.

In particular, as a result of the assessment and study of the circumstances of the case and the presented evidence, it was confirmed: on the part of the merchant - the fact of violation of the main obligation to provide information to the customer and the obligation to replace/repair/return the defective item.

Accordingly, according to the agency's decision, within 1 month, the trader was ordered to restore the violated rights of consumers and to adjust his trading policy to the requirements of the relevant articles of the law.

Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency established the fact of violation of the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights" by I/M Nino Kachkachishvili (P/N 01019072704) (Instagram/Facebook store "reclothing tbilisi").

In particular, according to the agency's decision, the fact of violation of the basic obligation of the trader to provide information to the consumer, the right to refuse a distance contract and/or an off-the-shelf contract, as well as the obligation to supply goods according to the conditions stipulated in the contract was confirmed.

Accordingly, within a period of 1 month, the trader was instructed to restore the violated rights of consumers and to adjust his trade policy to the requirements of the relevant articles of the law.

In particular, as a result of the assessment and study of the circumstances of the case and the presented evidence, it was confirmed: on the part of the merchant - the fact of violation of the main obligation to provide information to the customer and the obligation to replace/repair/return the defective item.

Accordingly, according to the agency's decision, within 1 month, the trader was ordered to restore the violated rights of consumers and to adjust his trading policy to the requirements of the relevant articles of the law.

Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency established the fact of violation of the Law of Georgia on "Protection of Consumer Rights" by "Tineti" LLC (S/N 402116474).

In particular, as a result of the assessment and study of the circumstances of the case and the presented evidence, it was confirmed: on the part of the merchant - the fact of violation of the obligation to provide information to the customer and the obligation related to the provision of defective services.

Accordingly, according to the agency's decision, within 1 month, the trader was ordered to restore the violated rights of consumers and to adjust his trading policy to the requirements of the relevant articles of the law.

Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency established the fact of violation of the Law of Georgia on "Protection of Consumer Rights" by the individual Tinatin Tabatadze (P/N 56001021467) (Facebook page with the name "Large size clothes from Turkey").

In particular, as a result of the assessment and study of the circumstances of the case and the presented evidence, it was confirmed: on the part of the merchant - the fact of violation of the main obligation to provide information to the customer and the obligation to replace/repair/return the defective item.

Accordingly, according to the agency's decision, within 1 month, the trader was ordered to restore the violated rights of consumers and to adjust his trading policy to the requirements of the relevant articles of the law.

Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency in the direction of consumer rights protection, established the fact of violation of the merchant "Fuli" LLC (store _ VA BENE).

In particular, the trader, with the trade policy developed by him, violated on the one hand the obligation to inform the customer and on the other hand, in the case of the original defect of the item, the conditions for replacing/repairing the item, reducing the price and withdrawing from the contract.

Accordingly, according to the decision of the Agency, the trader was ordered to adjust his trading policy to the requirements of the law within one month.
